To broaden members' knowledge of current personnel administration techniques and methods of dealing with personnel problems; to provide an opportunity for members to exchange and discuss information relating to personnel matters in a confidential manner; to encourage better human resources management and industrial relations in the area; and to keep members informed of legislative issues and community affairs relating to personnel interests.

Regular luncheon meetings are held monthly from October through July, the third Thursday of each month at various locations. 

The Licking County HRMA group is a SHRM affiliate.
